Go to your nearest VA Hospital, after arriving, go to admission and apply for your VA Medical ID Card . At the same place, at that time, ask to get a, as quick as you can, a intake physical doctor appointment, because , you are homeless and you have a homeless family, if you have one . Because you have been homeless for awhile, you don’t know what all, may be wrong with you, physically and mentally ! When you see the Physical Doctor, during your physical, tell the doctor that you/family are homeless, you need to be referred to the mental health clinic and a social worker, because you are having mental health problems and you are homeless, and, I need all the help I can get, and, I need it now ! !!!!!

When you get into the mental health clinic, tell the doctors and social workers, all the problems you are having, also the help and/or services you need to help stabilize and resolve some of your problems, and destitute situations !
